You may get this while playing (as shards are rather common), but if not simply open all the Corrupted Treasures you can find, and kill all the enemies you can find.
Shard-gaining perks will help greatly. Bosses also give a good amount of shards upon defeat, as does destroying an Elder Shard.
If you spend shards, it won't count against you for the achievement.
