Hysteria is the boss of the second area in the game, and due to how often it launches you into the air, can be quite irksome to kill the first time around.
Using the Propulsion Engine will greatly help during the fight (and is required to get there in the first place).
Avoid the giant laser pillars it summons and try not to get hit by the big hammer smash attack (it can one-shot you sometimes).
Hit the Elder Shard Fragments (try to start at the top since those are harder to reach later in the fight), and be good at dodging the laser pillars.
