As of 'update 18' this achievement has stopped working and will not unlock upon completing the Tutorial Mission.
We are currently on 'update 23' and it still does not work.

Achievement has been fixed and is now awarded upon completion.
The tutorial is pretty fast and is very lenient, you don't have to do everything it tells you after the part where you shoot the three bots.

At the 5:00 mark in the above video it will the keycard you need to progress, in the video it shows the card clearly labeled. In all my runs it wasn't labeled and I got stuck my first time playing, so hopefully this saves someone some time.
