How to unlock the Take No Prisoners achievement

    You do not have to finish the game in order to unlock the achievement, however you do have to select to shoot your way through the horde each time the option appears, it will appear when leaving a city and it should unlock by the time you leave salt lake city.

    I had to do it 4 times total to unlock the achievement, but it may change as the game is random.
