First, repeatedly talk to the comedian and cycle through all of his jokes until he eventually just repeats "I am Error".
Then go to the small ledge at the top left corner of the dark zone where you will get alerted that the "Death of Comedy Pack" is now available.
Buy the new pack from the retailer and the achievement will drop.
