Just leave the game open for 100 hours. I'm fairly certain (based on people having the 5 hour achievement and nothing else) that you don't have to actually be in game - being at the main menu counts. But you probably wont need to let it sit, you'll probably get this as you grind through all the win with, win as, recruit, and kill achievements.
