You receive a summary of your progress at the end of each dispatch shift. Every completed mission increases your Dispatcher Rank XP, while every failed or skipped mission decreases it. There are four career ranks, and to unlock this achievement, you must reach the final one.
The ranks are:
• Junior Dispatcher
• Assistant Dispatcher
• Associate Dispatcher
• Dispatcher
