For this achievement you need to deliver two shipments of Salmon Fillet from either Tromsø or Alta (cities in the north west of Norway) to any two cities in two different countries.
I found that the easiest way to get Salmon Fillet jobs was to purchase a refrigerated trailer and to use the cargo market to browse jobs. Alta has a Polar Fish company which will offer you seafood jobs. The refrigerated trailer is useful for this because it mostly limits the cargo offered to food rather than browsing the freight market which will include other cargo types as well. Sleep for as long as you can until you are offered a job for Salmon Fillet to a different country.
