Completed in 'Front Gates of EEEEEEEVIL!'. Work your way up the floating islands, past the first two bigger ones (second one you fight the ice demon).
On the third island you should see an auto-save icon. Simply jump off this island and let Deadpool die (do not press teleport). Restart (back on island again). Repeat 10 times and achieved.
