Play your way through world one on experienced difficulty. Prior to spawning the boss there will be a couple of waves of normal enemies. The boss will spawn when you have around 4 enemies left. Simply keep one alive for the duration of the boss fight and this trophy will unlock. I’d recommend keeping one of the larger enemies alive as you might end up accidentally shooting at it during the boss fight.
