    This achievement is obtained after completing the Deal with the Devil quest in-game.

    This achievement is a bit buggy, so may not trigger the first time you complete this quest (or if you have $200 in the safe before it asks you to deposit $200). Reloading an earlier save and depositing the money again triggered the achievement for me
