You will need to take out a loan from the Manger Blackboard under the Invoices/Debt section. On the right hand side you can take out a loan to help you progress your store and purchase items. If you do not pay your loan by the time you close the store for the night, the next day people from the bank will come and beat you and knock you down. After this happens you can pay the loan and you are good.
This achievement will unlock after you close your store for the night after you have been knocked down by the loan people.
