  Open the command console: ESC > Gear Icon > Under the keyboard tab select Advanced > Check off Enable Developer Console
  
  Press the ` button to open the console and type:
  
  map cp_dustbowl; hostname "boost"; sv_lan 0; sv_cheats 0;
  
  Put yourself On the Red Team. Use any of the following Commands as needed. They must be used as shown. Don't input the []:
  
  sv_gravity [Enter number here, 800 is default]; - Changes the gravity
  mp_idlemaxtime 0; - Turns off Idle players idle time limit
  mp_idledealmethod 0; - Stops players from being kicked from game
  mp_teams_unbalance_limit 0; - This Lets you stack one team
  sv_cheats 1; noclip; sv_cheats 0; - Allows you to go through walls and kill bots in their spawn
  sv_cheats 1; nav_gen; sv_cheats 0; - Generates Bot movements. Must kick bots and add
  them if you run this command for it to take affect.
  tf_bot_force_class [Enter Class here] - Will force the next bot to spawn as that class
  tf_bot_add [Enter number of bots] [Enter Team Red\Blue]
  tf_bot_melee_only [Enter 1 to turn on, 0 to turn off]
  tf_bot_kick [Enter bot name in "" or all to boot all of them]
  
  This is a Medic Pack Achievement
  
  I did this using 2 other Dummy Accounts. I put dummy accounts on the same team as we. Got all 3 Ubercharges up and use all 3 at the same time. I do not believe you can do this with bots as you have no control over when they use their ubercharge. What you could try if that is the way you need to go is put the dummy account on the Blue team and put two medic bots on your team with the force class command above. Once all ubers are charged. Go to the dummy account and attack the bot medics to try and get them to deploy their ubers.

  Actions

  Enable dev console. Open the console ("~") and type the following and hit enter key:
  
  /map itemtest
  
  Join Blue team as a Medic and make sure Medi-Gun is equipped in the second slot of your loadout.
  
  Enter each command line in its entirety into the console and hit enter before entering the subsequent command line:
  
  /mp_autoteambalance 0
  /mp_teams_unbalance limit 0
  /sv cheats 1; bot -team Blu -class Medic; sv_cheats 0
  /sv cheats 1; bot -team Blu -class Medic; sv_cheats 0
  /bot_mimic 1
  
  The bot_mimic command will make the bots mirror your actions. Triangulate and identify a midway point between you and the two bots. Walk forward toward that midway point. You should now be close together.
  
  Select melee weapon ("3") and switch to it before switching to the Medi-Gun ("2"). This ensures both bots have it equipped. Begin charging by holding down Attack ("Mouse1").
  
  Once you reach 100% UberCharge (status in lower right corner), look at each medic to verify that they have reached 100% charge as well. Remember the bots are mirroring you and should charge their Medi-Guns if equipped too.
  
  Now, press Secondary Attack (Mouse2 by default) to have everyone deploy the UberCharge. The achievement will unlock.
