There isn't much you can do to speed this achievement up. You have to keep progressing your store and adding more products. At some point, you'll have enough items in your store where a customer will have a purchase that totals more than $700.00. Once that happens you'll be good.
This achievement will unlock after you close your store for the night and you've had a transaction of more than $700.00.
