This will unlock during natural progression of the game. The only way this will unlock is by expanding your store and adding more products to your shelf. When you close your store at the end of the night, you will see your daily earnings. Once this have topped $25,000 you are good.
This achievement will unlock after you close your store for the night after you have earned at least $25,000 in earnings for the day. There is no way to tell before the store closes if you have earned the $25,000.
