    There are two known cooking spots in the game one being on Weathertop at the start of the mission or on Amon Hen about half way through when you control the remaining fellowship on the beach

    Getting this achievement quickly you are able to just re-play the mission Weathertop and complete the cooking at the start of it.

    (Or go to Amon Hen but will require a strong character or mithiral boxing gloves).
