As this states above, this achievement can only be unlocked with the characters NiGHTS or Reala, and can only be done in the Dream Valley Ring Race in the Superstar Showdown Tour (which is unlocked after the credits role), the level's name is Nightmare Meander in this tour. First you either have to unlock NiGHTS or Reala (NiGHTS is obtainable in the Scorching Skies Tour, costing 160 stars, but they are a lot easier to obtain than Reala who costs 160 stars and can be purchased a lot earlier too) Now comes the easy bit, play the event listed above on easy to make it easier if you want, then fly through every ring to unlock the achievement. If you miss a ring you will have to restart the level.
