    You get this achievement for winning an event in World Tour mode with a mod equipped. You get mods for leveling up. An example is level sonic to level 2 and get the Balanced mod, (balances out Sonic's stats a bit) and finish any event. It can be the C class (easy) or B or A, makes no odds.
