    The hand and eye of Vecna are both rare rewards for rolling a Nat 20 when opening one of The Lich's new magic item chests. Chests may reset after about 2 minutes of removing their item, but if an item is left inside of them they will not reset.

    SivargA very hard achievement to do imo. You have to get the killer in the first place.

    Sivargaaand i got it, just surprised and grateful everything went well. get the right killer, all gens done, find the chest near the end get the hand, use it, and escape through gate, crazy, even get the adept rick one too.
