Easily achieved by first climbing the mountain near your base when trying to get the radio signal during the quest "Signal Spike". After reacquiring the signal glide down to the west, slightly north. Aim for the intersection before the path splits south to the ravager site and north to the shellsnapper site.
Shortly before arriving at the intersection, you should hit the 60s mark.
If you have quest path finding on, you can activate the quest and follow the marker to the tower in Scalding Spear - which will ultimately lead you to the described intersection as well.
