In the first room, there is a crate. Pick the crate up and put it on the large red square in the room by the door. This will open a ramp. Head up the ramp and go to the left, and then right. At the bottom of the hallway is a hand. Pick up the hand, move back to the entrance, and drop the hand at the hand print access panel on the wall. This will give you entrance and give you the achievement.
