In the Breaker Room Minigame with Funtime Freddy, you need to let Funtime Freddy get close enough to actually reach out to you. When you look at him, look for his nose. It will highlight if he is close enough, and you can press it then. The achievement will pop after you do so.
I recommend keeping the megaphone with you at all times, as it will allow you to continue the Minigame after getting it.
