There are 80 items in the game. Some are first time completion unlocks, the rest are not. So, you will need to do two things:
1. Win every game at least once.
2. Keep playing until you get everything.
You will know when you get everything, because the claw machine will state there is nothing left to earn. Even then, if you have achievement notifications, it'll pop after the last item, regardless. It's a time investment achievement.
After condition 1 is complete, just play the minigames you like until you get it. I found myself doing the Food prep games until I got them, but it's up to you.
