The trick to this and other Rescue Mode achievements is to restart the game multiple times until you get a game where most of the fruits are above rocks or closer to the top. To be able to do this multiple times, when you start the Rescue Mode game, open the menu in-game and go back to "Main Menu" and start a new Rescue Mode game. Repeat this until you get a game setup that you think you can get advantage.
