This one is part of episode 3 and can be gained after you jump over the water sprinklers at the side of the house to save uncle Rad. After the sprinklers uncle Rad will gift you Chattermax and when in the house annoyingly it will want feeding.
First you will grab the strawberries from upstairs and feed them to Chattermax, then Chattermax wants something squeaky and you will need to fetch the rubber duck from the bathroom. Once you give Chattermax the rubber duck this achievement should then pop.
