    I got this achievement by finding an artifact near the Golden gate of E2

    With your back against the gate, see the somewhat thin tree that's the closest to you. Now draw an imaginary linear pathway towards and past that tree until a rock formation. Go straight to that rock formation and find a rusted radiator wedged in between. It will outline blue and you can interact with it
