Once you start, focus on grabbing both of the phone hacks off the outdoor guards. This is quite simple as you can stealth it or purposely get spotted by them and hack it as they escort you out of the private area. Once you have both QR codes, mask up and head inside the warehouse through the truck parked out front. Once inside, locate the blue access security room and go inside to take out the guard and disable all cameras. It should be open and doesn't actually require the blue key card which is typically found on a guard in the container yards. Feel free to take out any guards on the main floor, answering their radios and storing them in the camera room if necessary. Now open up the truck, and find the liquid nitrogen coolant in 1 of the 4 wooden boxes in the warehouse, equipping it in the truck. Take out civilians if you need to; also stashing them in the security camera room. Head upstairs in the warehouse to hack the computer, then set up the zipline to the correct container yard. Using the zipline bag favor makes this step easier. As you are ziplining across, make note of the locations of all 5 white containers as these will store our loot for the mission. Locate a container opened by a QR code and begin the hack which requires standing in the "Strong GPS locations" to fill the bar and disable the door. This is the container with 1 of 2 hi-tech device bags. Stay in stealth, and take it slow!
With the container opened, you must run it all the way back to the truck keeping it in "A Grade"; which means it must be done in a very quick route, and you must stay in stealth, or else you'll be required to use thermite which adds an extra 3+ minutes to the mission as well as some tough enemies. Having an extra guard radio call to answer can really help here as a back-up. The timer starts when you grab the item, and ends when thrown in the truck. You'll have to vault over the fence using the yellow tarp, and having light armor and RUSH can help drastically here. Once the first bag is delivered, you can work on opening the 2nd hi-tech container; as well as working on the 6 bags of cash. Feel free to prep the cash bags at the end of the zipline to save yourself the headache of running back and forth 8 times. Once you start running the 2nd hi-tech device bag, it is ok if you break stealth assuming your cash bags are prepped to the zipline. You must deliver this at "A Grade" as well by taking the fastest route between points. If the cash is prepped, you'll have more than enough time to secure it as well before significant reinforcements arrive.
To escape, after securing all 8 loots bags, close the truck, grab and delpoy the spike strips, and escape at the front of the truck.
NOTE: You can do this going loud instead of staying in stealth, but it becomes significantly harder.
