At the begin of Chapter IV : Succession, Aedana's corpse will come visit you. Afterwards, Àbramar will jokingly tell you to look into and write your own future. You need to agree, then insist on doing it despite Àbramar's warnings.
Instead of drawing a random card from your deck, you will manifest the Cosmic Wheel card, which is now permanently added to your deck. Drawing the Cosmic Wheel card in a divination session allows you to pick any possible choice.
