Like level 10, this achievement is earned just by playing the game and unlocking tiers of the seasonal battle pass.
(Note that even if you do not own the premium battle pass the tiers do count towards the achievement)
There are ways you can speed up the process of earning this achievement including playing in a group with at least 1 person, completing daily; weekly; seasonal; event and competitive challenges and purchasing the premium battle pass. There is also often a 2x boost applied to the experience towards each tier you unlock near the end of each season.
