"Have a treatment machine explode" - I got this by loading up a sandbox map, picking medical courses, hiring no janitors, and just letting the campus run in fast forward until one of the treatment machines caught fire and exploded. I picked the volcano map hoping a rain of fire would speed it up, but I didn't see the volcano disaster even with disasters turned on. In any case, the machine did explode with or without the disaster.
