    This Is Best Done On Wave 1, Before You Get Any Life Steal Or HP Regen.
    - Just Pick A Slow Weapon (Like Spear) Then Dance On Top Of Enemies Taking Damage.
    - Once You Get To 1 Hp, Run Away!

    Achievement Pops At The End Of The Wave.
