Stage 1 I stuck with default weapon (Yellow) through the whole level.
Max Power, Turrets and Speed asap.
Stage 2 I switched to homing weapon (Purple) and left it on the rest of the way.
Collect Bombs and 1ups and spam your primary.
Avoid collision, wipe the screen if you need to otherwise hold Bombs for boss then spam.
