    When trying to get the documets for the butcher shop, go to the supermarket, look at the sign and talk with the women outside.

    Now go to the diner and exhaust convo with the owner, turns out the meat is given by the vet.

    Go to the vet and confront him, then go back to the diner and talk to the owner again to get the achievement.
