In the bat cave, when you head over to the bat computer, you use the computer to listen to bios of different characters and try to trace nightwing or robin. With any character active, you will notice a tablet sitting in front of the panel where you make the choice. Pick this up to get a mini-hologram of the character, unlocking the achievement.
