The best and easiest place to do it is in Chapter 3: Lamentations, Sub-Chapter: The Lake. When you arrive at the lake, don't take the raft just yet; go to one end of the beach, press C to crawl, and go from that end of the beach to the next. Do that a couple of times, and the achievement is yours.
The best part is there are no enemies, so you can do this uninterrupted.
