You can get this one in mission 3, Embedded. This is a bit of a joke really, to get this trophy you need to carry a concrete block with you for damn near the entire mission. Shortly after the start of the mission you’ll need to pick up a cinder block, and keep it with you right until you reach the sewer at the end, any time you have a contact, drop the block, kill the enemies, take your block and carry on.
About halfway through the mission, Farah will climb up a ladder, you will be unable to follow her with the block so make your way around to the right through the building where you’ll meet back up with Farah. Once you’ve successfully got to the end of the mission, throw the block down the sewer at which point, your achivement will unlock.
