This achievement is mutually exclusive with
Mightier than the Sword but it's possible to get them both in a single playthrough, by saving and loading in specific moments.
- Get the quest "The Frightened Engineer" from Thomas Kemp in the Botanical Lab.
- Get the quest "A Few Kindred Spirits" from Grace Romero in the Botanical Lab.
- You need to complete at least one of the two quests above (or both).
- During the quest "Comes Now the Power", redirect the power to Edgewater.
- Convince both Thomas Kemp and Grace Romero to return to Edgewater.
- Reed must remain the leader of Edgewater.
- Talk to Udom Bedford on the Groundbreaker and say you want to turn in Phineas.
- Udom will give you access to Adjutant Akande's Landing Pad
- Do everything Akande asks you to do until she asks to deal with the broadcasts on Monarch.
- You can deal with the broadcasts anyway you want - siding with Sanjar, Graham, making peace or killing everyone. The quickest way is to just kill Sanjar, Graham and Zora.
- Go to Edgewater and kill Reed.
- Go talk to Sophia Akande, she will give you the "Foundation" quest. Complete it.
- The achievement Ludwig was Right will pop.
