  Since you need every collectors chest / Butterfly / Banditcamps and Vivarium it's easy to miss one. I myself have been stuck on 139/140 conjurings and found this nice program online.
  
  The program checks your savegame to see what your missing and shows that nicely.

  You can just download the program, drag your savefile on the exe and the program shows you what collectable your missing.

  Also pro tip that I've found after scouring the map for 1 hour, searching for the last 9 collectibles:

  This achievement popped up for me when I picked one of the chests in vivarium. I don't even have everything maxed. The not maxed things are: 97/100 disguises (mission related altough I did every mission but last OWL one); 74/75 runes; 124/140 conjurings (achievent popped when I picked 124 one in vivarium).
