At the very start of the game before you go to the job centre just jump in one spot until you passout. after you wake up from passing out go to the job centre and there should be an option saying "I think i threw my back out". Choose that option and you will be able to have both benefits every time you sign on for the rest of the play through on that character.
Next step is to stay signed on and wash dishes until you get caught and fined.
