    - These Can Range From A Pile Of Crates To A Malfunctioning "Rainwork" Machine.

    Resolving Five Of These Before Your Reputation Level Is Maxed Out, Nets You This Achievement.
    - Resolve Them By Assigning Workers And Paying The Required Resources To Do So (Listed On Event)
