On my YouTube channel I've created a short video covering unlocking this achievement. I obtained this achievement while playing Chapter 2: Intensive Care. While going through Medical you will be locked down in a room with two levels. In this room there are metal rods which you can grab with Kinesis. Line up your shot to hit a Necromorph and pin it to a wall. This should also be do-able with the Necromorph's sharp appendages once severed. Just grab, aim, and stick them to the wall. Also an effective attack to save ammo.
