  By looping as many times as possible, difficulty raises which causes enemies to drop more money upon their defeat. The duffle bag also allows for more money to drop from enemies. The Malice modifier (randomly dropped from dark grey boxes in shop areas) allows difficulty to raise even faster to aid the process.
