The enemy "Something" is attracted to noise and does immense contact damage, so by firing a gun when there is an enemy between you and "Something," it will pass through the enemy and kill it. Beware letting "Something" touch you, as it will typically instantly kill you upon contact. It isn't all over if "Something" does touch you, as this achievement's progress can be obtained across multiple runs.
