    Simply talk to Mebbeth once you've returned from Curst.

    ferago42Simply talking to Mebbeth was not enough for me, I tried and she just vanished with no achievement, had to load a previous save. You need to have at least one Black-Barbed Seed with you. If you do, during the dialog she will ask if you have one. I chose to give it to her and got the achievement.
