A easy and free solution to do this is to start the dlc and play until you start "Welcome to the Show" where Marshall will give you 3 sniper support for free, when you arive at the C.I.A safehouse, there will be some enemys, kill the first 3 then reloade the checkpoint and do this untill the achivement pops
