This achievement is tied to stage 31. It is the level where you are trying to set the table with a tablecloth, plate, fork and knife. When you first set the table, a cat paw will come on screen and pull the cloth out, causing everything to reset your progress, which will happen every time. To earn this achievement, place everything back in the right spot BEFORE the next cat paw can mess your progress up. Blocking the cat paw will not earn you the achievement, only setting the table before the cat can mess things up.
