Got this with the following setup:
Jeanne - 2nd buff - Buffs on demons also apply to you wherever you are. Chance to Duplicate Elite Buffs +50%
Imp - level 49 - small chance to duplicate shrine buffs
Shrine Maiden - Level 4
String of Ears (from Illegal Shrine) - Level 6
Cataclysm Sigil (Evolved Armageddon Sigil) - level 10 - 13% chance to duplicate elite buffs
Arc Rift (Evolved Volt Surge) - level 10 - shrine buffs grant +5% damage
This was sufficient for me. However, more buffs could be acquired by selecting "Dragon Chaser" from Smugglers Shrine, which allows you to auto-complete 7 shrines.
