This is an achievement that you should get through regular play through the game as you'll constantly have to craft the different ammunition types to progress. If you're in a hurry to unlock the achievement though, you can begin this as early as Chapter 2, part 2, Ignifer.
If you load this up from chapter select you start with 3 ignifers already in your inventory and the materials to craft 1 time. Running down the stairs on your left you can find enough materials here to craft 2 more times. Don't forget to use the 3 ignifers you already have so you can craft 3 times. Once complete pause the game and select restart section. Doing this will start you over with 3 ignifers, materials for 1 crafting, and the boxes in the room on the left will have materials for another 2 again. Following this exactly you can craft 3 times in this area each time you reload. This took me just under a minute for a full rotation, so you can complete this from scratch in roughly 34 minutes.
If you play further into the game before deciding to rush this the reloading trick becomes faster as you're likely to restart with enough materials for multiple crafts of multiple ammunition types each time with just what's in your inventory, no box opening needed.
