    This is o the Ferris Wheel, Carousel, Fortune Teller, and Helter Skelter levels.

    There is a tent with a red blue top with 5 coconuts. Knock them over with a strong nozzle and you get teh achievement.

    You can find these levels in free play -> Loctions and either pick one of the names above and search the mentioned tent.
