An easy way to unlock this achievement is to find a Corrupt Dear at the very beginning in the West Forest(Autumn theme). Then keep attacking it until it has 4 health left and then proceed to keep blocking as it does 1 damage at a time like this. Keep blocking until you have 1 health left and perform the final attack to kill it.
